Allow me to settle you into Dingle and the greater Kerry region. My name is Deirdre and I offer a variety of experiences on the Dingle Peninsula. The small group tours allows one to experience a more personal engagement with the culture, people, food and the seascapes of county Kerry. Your tour guide and driver are native Irish speakers who enjoy teaching a few words as we drive through the Gaeltacht area.
Outdoor Activity is the real draw for visitors. I spent 9 years working as an activity instructor along the Wild Atlantic Way route from Donegal, Galway, Clare, Kerry and Cork. Working in an Irish collage on Achill Island was one memorable summer. I have coordinated and facilitated groups in the most dramatic landscapes. The progression to a Failte Ireland approved tour guide /driver role the past 10 years has given me an invaluable breadth of experience to share. I have branched into Group leader roles and sit in guides for numerous tour companies touring in the Dingle area.
Blending my knowledge and experience of guiding groups throughout Ireland allows me to give you expert assistance in customising your visit to ireland. I specialise in bespoke tours for small private groups visiting the region of Kerry.

My aim is to make your visit come alive by sharing this fascinating part of the world with you and have some fun along the way. I have built my tours and experiences around my passions.
Food
Craving something different I have developed culinary tours featuring food producers of the Dingle Peninsula. On these tours you will meet some of the best local foodie talents in Ireland and taste the best local produce.Meet the local food producers I have worked with over the years and now am delighted to share my passion, knowledge and admiration of these producers. I worked locally for 2 clients tending to their vegetable gardens as I value this invitation to connect with the land and my locals. Enjoy hearing the stories from summer jobs with two food producers Fresh Farm Salades and Green Acre Foods. Check out the annual Food Festival held in town at the start of October when all the Irish Food producers descend on Dingle town for a celebration of Food Awards. I was awarded Best Kerry Culinary Tour in 2019 from the Travel and Hospitality Awards.
“Breath and Wellness”
Excitingly and more recently I have trained in and qualified as a “Breath Logic Trainer”. Travelling to Guatemala with a recognised training group to gain the qualification that promotes the benefits of “Breath” and the correct breathing techniques. It is a lifelong commitment to connect with Breath Logic. I enjoy partaking in this as it helps demonstrate effective workshops and wellness approaches in this busy world we live in. Art and Photography
I am a passionate artist and held a 6-month solo exhibit called Atlantic Rollers at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre.Winter works includes murals and seascapes at home and abroad. The hope is to eventually sell artwork and photography on this site. Feel free to send any commission work for consideration. My artwork keeps me afloat in the winter months capturing stormy seas on canvas. Your customised tour will include plenty of opportunities to take beautiful landscape photography capturing candid moments to share.
